Plumbing and heatinginstallation in 13 studio flats, Notting Hill Gate

The project comprised a full plumbing and heating installation for a block of 13 studio flats. Internal soil vented (SVP) risers, installed using sound-proofed pipework to minimize noise transmission throughout the building.
The water system was designed to ensure reliable and sufficient supply: a boosted pump set with a 2,500 litre capacity cold water storage tank was installed to provide adequate pressure and flow to all flats. Cold water distribution networks were installed to supply all flats, along with primary heating lines to service each unit efficiently.
In the plant room, the installation included buffer tank, and two boilers, each rated at 64 kW, to supply central heating and support the hot water system.
All work was completed to meet current building regulations and industry standards, ensuring a safe, efficient, and quiet operation throughout the property.
